Haley Tabor is the Director of Global Hubs at XPRIZE, where she leads efforts to expand the XPRIZE’s global reach, engagement, and impact. In this role, Haley is focused on establishing and scaling strategic global hubs that foster cross-sector collaboration and drive transformative societal change. Her work involves launching XPRIZE Hubs to create a physical presence for XPRIZE globally and building partnerships with universities, NGOs, and the private sector to strengthen XPRIZE's ecosystem and extend its impact worldwide.

Prior to joining XPRIZE, Haley served as Senior Director and Chief of Staff at Arizona State University’s International Development Initiative, overseeing strategy and operations to scale ASU’s international engagement. Her role was ensuring that the university’s international projects were impactful and scalable. At Purdue University, Haley directed the Shah Family Global Innovation Lab, where she expanded Purdue's international partnerships across 20 countries, focusing on innovation-driven solutions in sectors such as energy, healthcare, technology, and disaster relief. Her work has consistently centered on operationalizing global strategies and forging strong partnerships across sectors to drive the global impact of universities and other organizations.

Haley received a Bachelors degree in Sustainability and a Masters in Global Technology and Development from Arizona State University. She is a foodie and an avid concert attendee who enjoys traveling in her spare time.
