Jennie serves as the Senior Director, Integrated Strategy, Advancement at XPRIZE. In this role, she leads implementation and execution of XPRIZE’s fundraising strategies across channels and programs. She and her team focus on ensuring behind-the-scenes data, tools and processes are running smoothly so that staff who work with donors and partners may most effectively engage XPRIZE supporters and partners in game-changing work.

With over 20 years of experience in non-profit executive leadership, fundraising, and program management, Jennie has extensive expertise in areas such as access to higher education and serious illness/palliative care education. Notably, she was the first Executive Director of VitalTalk, a non-profit focused on serious illness communication skills.

Jennie is passionate about ensuring equitable access to human rights for all and strives to create significant global change.

Jennie holds Bachelor’s degrees in Theatre and Spanish from the University of Southern California and currently resides in San Diego. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, reading, and hosting family and friends together with her husband.
