As a Standing Committee Member of the China Association of Gerontology and Geriatrics, National Health Commission Special Advisor on the integration of health and social care, China CDC Consultant on prevention and intervention of major age-related diseases and conditions, Ninie is actively involved in domestic and international initiatives promoting healthy ageing-related research, practice and policy. She is Principal Investigator (PI) for the implementation pilot of WHO’s ICOPE (integrated care for older people) in China.

Prior to joining the newly established state-owned enterprise in Wuxi, Ninie founded Pinetree Care Group, a Fortune 20 Start-ups with the Most Social Impact in China, focusing on business model innovation, professional service and talent development in providing restorative, integrated care services for the aging population, and provided millions of care sessions to families through a network of integrated care managers from 2004 to 2023.

Ninie has a DrPH and MHS from Johns Hopkins University - Tsinghua University, an MBA from INSEAD, and a BEc from UIBE. She is a member of WHO Clinical Consortium on Healthy Ageing, WEF Young Global Leader and member of Global Future Councils, one of the first France-China Young Leaders. In 2022, Ninie was named one of the United Nations Healthy Ageing 50.
